Too little Blood sugar

Hypoglycaemia occurs when too little sugar is circulating in the blood stream, often due to excessive repeated intake of refined sugar and carbohydrates. The hormone ‘insulin’ regulates the amount of sugar in blood. Insulin needs ‘glucose tolerance factor’ (GTF) chromium to work.
