Headache is not the same as migraine. Triggers include: food intolerances, alcohol, constipation, hormonal imbalance - especially around the menopause and menstruation, stress, caffeine, dehydration, lack of sleep, sinusitis, anxiety, fatigue, eyestrain, dental and postural problems.
