Nutrient - Phosphatidyl inositol

Phosphatidyl inositol (PI) is found in all cells, but is especially abundant in the brain, where it can make up 10% of the brain’s phospholipids. PI supports the cell wall with its role in passing nutrients in and waste out of the cell.
